PTSA HOLIDAY ARTS & CRAFTS FAIR

Saturday, November 19, 2011

10:00am to 4:00pm

at Royal Oak High School
1500 Lexington Blvd.
Royal Oak, Michigan 48073
North of 13 Mile Rd, East of Crooks Rd.

Only $2.00 for Admission!

Juried items include: jewelry, country, fall, wood crafts, pottery, holiday items and much more! The cafeteria is available and there will also be a Bake Sale.

WANTED – Crafters, Volunteers & Attendees

Join us in supporting the Royal Oak High School PTSA at this year’s Holiday Arts & Crafts Fair.  This year’s event takes place at Royal Oak High School on Saturday, November  from 10:00am – 4:00pm.  Juried items being showcased by Crafters from around the area include country and wooden items, Fall and Christmas items, jewelry, clothing, pottery, stained glass and much more. There is also a Vendor’s Marketplace, a Bake Sale table, cafeteria service with lunch & snack items available for purchase, and numerous Door Prize Raffle(s).  Admission is $200/per person.

Show space is still available and we’re looking for Crafters & Vendors to fill that space! If you, or anyone you know is interested, please visit our website – www.rohsptsa.org – for additional Fair specifics and/or to download an application. For questions, please contact  .

We are also still looking for adult, parent, and student volunteers who are willing to give a little of their time to help out at the event.  Assistance is needed with all aspects of the show, including show setup & tear-down, Bake Sale, and Cafeteria service.  Student volunteers are also needed to help crafters unload their wares before the show opens, and then help re-load their vehicles when the show closes. Valuable community service hours are available!  In addition, we still need baked goods donations for our Bake Sale table and home-cooked soups, stews, or chili for our Cafeteria service.  For additional information and to sign-up, please contact
