- 3/09 - MME Testing - 8:00am-12:55pm - Juniors only attend for testing.
- 3/10 - MME Testing - 8:00am-11:30pm - Juniors only attend for testing. ~ 11:30am-12:15pm - lunch for Juniors ~ 12:20pm-2:57pm - classes for ALL students - 12:20pm–1:05pm = 4th hour, 1:10pm–1:55pm = 5th hour, 2:00pm–2:57pm = 6th hour.
- 3/10 - Senior All Night Party Meeting 6:30-7:30pm in the ROHS media center

Oakland County Schools Common Calendar 2009-2013 Vacation Dates
In response to new legislation by the State of Michigan, the Oakland Intermediate School District has adopted a common calendar for county school districts. All Oakland County school districts are required to follow the common calendar as it pertains to Winter and Spring Vacation dates.
The calendar addresses Winter and Spring vacations only. Other vacation dates (such as February and Thanksgiving vacations) are part of the local district's negotiation process with its teachers union. More information about these vacations, as well as the complete school calendar, will be released once the negotiation process is complete.

Many dates are tentative; please see the District Calendar for the best up-to-date information about events. Also, go to www.highschoolsports.net to find athletic competition dates. The school day runs from 7:25am until 2:22pm.

Per the School Board Meeting Highlights for June 25, 2009:
- High School start time moves from 7:25 am to 8:00 am and dismissal from 2:22 pm to 2:57 pm
The school day for 2009-2010 runs as follows (as of 8/2009):
- Period 1 - 8:00 am - 8:57 am
- Period 2 - 9:02 am - 9:59 am
- Period 3 - 10:04 am - 11:01 am
- Period 4 - 11:06 am - 12:43 pm
- A Lunch - lunch 11:06-11:41 / class 11:46-12:43 pm
- B Lunch - class 11:06-11:34 / lunch 11:34-12:09 / class 12:14-12:43 pm
- C Lunch - class 11:06-12:03 / lunch 12:08-12:43 pm
- Period 5 - 12:48 pm - 1:45 pm
- Period 6 - 1:50 pm - 2:57 pm / announcements 2:52-2:57 pm - students may not be dismissed until 2:22 pm.
