ROHS Marching Band Parents:

On Saturday, October 6, 2007, the ROHS High School Marching Band will participate in the Linden Invitational held at Linden High School. The contest will begin at 4:45 and includes 10 bands.

The following is the time schedule for Saturday:

• 12:30- Rehearsal (eat lunch before you come)
• 3:30-  Load truck
• 4:00-  Depart for Linden
• 5:00-  Unload truck, go to home rooms, dinner, change into uniforms
• 6:00- Warm-up
• 6:55- Gate report time
• 7:00- Performance
• 8:30- Awards
• 9:00-  Load Busses and leave for ROHS
• 10:00- Arrive Back to ROHS

 This is our first MCBA performance of the year. Our two top scores from the month of October will be averaged together to rank us with the others in our flight.  The top 10 average scores in the flight will qualify for the State Championships at Ford Field November 3rd.

NOTE:  Please add November 17th to your calendar.  We have been asked to play in the Royal Oak Holiday Magic Parade again.  The Parade will be televised on Fox 2 again, and is growing into one of the largest parades in the area.  Details about times and locations will be given later.
